Windows 11 to launch without Android apps support

Does it mean that if you install it now we can get the android feature even after october or does it mean that the android feature will be available to paid users...........and one more question can i run windows 11 on my laptop with i7 7500u, intel iris xe graphics, 8gb ram 1tb ssd, 60 hz screen btw please check the info of processor thouroughly because i actually didnt understand the requirement of processor in microsoft site for windows 11

The Android app support was a major reason why I was waiting for Windows 11 so eagerly. Now it looks like sticking with Windows 10 for the next few months is the much better option.

                      you can install it using the ISO but force installing it on old pc can leave you vulnerable to security bugs. i don't know on how level this can be done like if user only has non supported CPU will it still don't receive the security updates we gonna wait and see.
