Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro get noise control and ambient sound features with the new update

Can someone please tell me why "advanced>hearing enhancements>maximise ambient sound" isn't available in the settings menu of the wearable app for my Galaxy Buds Pro? In every review I've seen for these on Youtube, it's available. Only difference is that it seems the reviewers were using newer Galaxy S models, where I'm using an S10e. There is an option to change the volume levels for ambient sound, but, like I said, there's no extra high amplification option for it.

i'm unlucky with this earbud. the medium silicon size is smaller than my ear hole and the biggest silicon size make my ear hurt (a lot). i love the sound, mic and wind shield quality since i bought it only for $110

I am lucky to have big ears this buds just fit into mine, I wish there were update on Voice Detect. Because I often sing along to my music, I had to turn it off.
It would be nice if there is an option whether I want to take the volume down or only switch to ambient mode. Better if they put volume slider on voice detect.
And bixby, I wish I could use bixby to answer or reject my call.

The ANC is very good and kinda on par with the Sony. I prefer the fit of the Buds and I'm using them mostly to call (and for sports), the Sony for music except sport since I think the sweat could damage them a bit :P
Some people don't like the fit though, but nothing here, I have "normal" ears I think :P

I also have WH-1000XM3 (over ear headphones) and bass is similar to them, which is surprising. The only downside for a lot of people is comfort with Galaxy Buds Pro
