continuous digital lossless zoom with main cam up to 3x. then, optical 6x would be a very versatile combination.

10x optical. At 5x optical in my x2pro I get amazing portraits of people and not just people. Why? The scene behind the ibject comes closer to it and you get amazing photos. Like those at 50x 100x optical with pro cameras shooting a town. Getting a lot of building one after behind like they are so close. Amazing.

However I don't think it's useful for most of my audience and for those who are indeed professional enough they don't need such review either, they know by themselves to avoid this device. Photographers/videographers won't buy this device, average consumer shouldn't either, I cannot recommend it to anyone who cares any IittIe bit about camera"

Infact other brands with manual/pro mode are outperforming Sony in that department as well.
Even Gsmarena couldn't get themselves to recommend the Xperia 1 III to even the most hardcore Sony fans out there

You can't recover lost details in post.
Mi 11 Ultra uses main camera sensor for the 2.9x/3x zoom shots. The colors and details are just too good, completely destroyed the Sony.

Besides zoom, I wish we'd have more specialty sensors come back. Bring back depth sensors and color sensors please. Depth Sensors don't need to be very advanced to get good results and color sensors are essential. You won't need to worry about odd locations or colored things tricking your camera anymore.

I also love the screen on my Xperia, but you can't let a bias affect you that much when making claims like "It blows the Gn50 and s21ultra out off water".

I just sold my Sony 5ii, and bought 1iii
It blows the Gn50 and s21ultra out off water, no wonder no YouTube channel compares the photo pro app features when taking stock camera. Its 2 years ahead with s23.
Watching 4k in 2160p on YouTube with 700ppi, blows any phone . So razor sharp, you need microscope too find the micro pixels.

There are other phones for you, don't buy if you don't like.
