if you use your personal phone for work then your data is synced in icloud.
apple doesnt have a way to differenciate work and personal data on iphone (unlike android)
the other solution is to use a work phone, but thats not convenient, so people complain.

i dont like to defend apple but im quite sure apple doesnt force employes to put personal data on work laptop and phone. people take the fancy laptoos as if it were their own, watch porn, play games, etc then complain when other workers see that through maintenance of work hardware.
its like that in every company. dont like ? dont do it. buy your own laptop..
oh and make sure you dont complain about the conditions by which the hardware is produced, as thats not trendy and it doesnt get *you* anything. only how you cant use porn privately on a work computer or how you want more money

Will look into this to see if their is any evidence of these claims. If this is true a company demanding your ICLOUD personnel info to be synced to their work phones. This remains me of controlling Cults who want to control every aspect of their lives, such cults almost always have us and them mentality and are untrusting towards any "outsiders" and tend to be paranoid and distrust almost every one within the cult.

I used to work for apple, i did not experience anything like this. Best place to work ever. (At leased in europe) we were a veru diverse Team and everyone was respected.
