Not compared to each other. There are some chips of G series that are low end chips.
G series has taken the place of P. There has not been P chips for while.

As far as "getting the job done" kind of chipset is needed, then I don't think 99% of audience need anything better than SD 732G. Why have 800-series, then?

Mediatek has contributed greatly to the technological development of socts also to the decline in the price of mid-range and even top-of-the-line smartphones due to direct competition with Qualcomm, the new Dimensity 2000 will be a game changer, will be the initial tip for a new story for the Taiwanese company.

I want 8+256GB powered phones of both of these powered chipsets. I hope Vivo is able to bring those devices to my country. Dimensity 900 especially. Looks great. Currently second best chipset in market after snapdragon 778G.
