Maybe tell that to your boss instead of sticking your head into the sand every time you hear the ugly truth? Oh wait, you know you'll get bullied out and dishonorably dismissed if you do.
I'd say I feel sorry for you, but you must have known what kind of organization you joined.

Tonberry, 09 Sep 2021A few years ago when Google Glass was first released, I hop... moreWe seem to have hit a stopover in miniaturization. Look at smart watches. They barely added any functionality or battery life for 5 years now. Or look at phones, only way they add more and more is by continuously getting bigger. Miniaturization died around the time of iphone 4. Ever since we have simply been making the phones bigger and bigger, they are now almost tablet sized.

We prolly need a breakthrough to make the next step, i.e. make smart glassed possible and smart watches useful instead of the niche items they are today... A bit of how smartphone were stuck for almost a decade before modern digitizers that support multitouch were to be invented (it was the one invention that propelled smartphones into the mainstream).

Anonymous, 10 Sep 2021Apple bragged about not unlocking the phone for the FBI. I... moreIt's True after the statement years ago on a attack on american marathon BlackBerry said if the goverment asked the judge to help we are helping against criminals, terrorist and that was the moment Apple said they protecting your privacy, when before there was no issue for Apple. So The FBI asked a few times helps us out and Apple used it. So they hacked the devices by help and does that still today. They have more issues with BlackBerry devices where the protection is combined with the hardware and chipset and BlackBerry knows that and are willing to help if they get a judge order to do that.

I... moreApple did lie, Tim Crook did post a public statement that later has been revealed to be 100% bogus, that Apple couldn't comply with giving FBI access as it would undermine the pretended security of the device. A security that never existed.

In reality, it got broken into in 15 minutes by a low level hacker.

FBI only requested Apple to do so, to maintain legality.
Instead Apple tries to turn it into a PR stunt. So many Apple Boyz still believe that iPhone takes care of their privacy because they refuse to unlock it for the FBI. In reality, if they really cared about privacy, their OS wouldn't have been broken into in 15 minutes.

He has also lied to Congress about what they collect and sell. Outsourcing it to Google still means you're doing it yourself.

ispitonyourgravy, 10 Sep 2021This is nice glasses for those who want to capture POV and ... morewell.. with smart glass and AR, you can actually make everybody appear nude. Developers can do it by attaching "false bodies" to everyone.
you can change skin colors, make everybody bald, etc

Well google glasses once born and gone to land of the forgotten ones.
Unles the glasses will wiork same way like that helm in Matrix where in few minutes or hours you are able to learn everyting you want and will remember it forewer this product is DOA.
Privacy problems will be always big issue and oone wants to hurts its privacy.
And for owner of Fckbook M.Z. i assume prnhub site instead of spying on innocent people.
If he have nothing to do maybe we can send him to some sulfurt mines for few weeks as a miner to stop creating such useless obsolette privacy devouring tools.

This is nice glasses for those who want to capture POV and money shot angles for amateur porno

Yet another privacy invading gadget from Facebook

You are being recorded, tracked all the time - by goverment now by random people. For the publication of such recordings or live coverage, consent should be given by the persons who will be recorded.
If someone is an exhibitionist and they want to show their life, let them set up a camera in the bedroom and record themselves with their wife / husband.
I'm sure a few pairs of these glasses will be destroyed by pissed off people ;)

Anonymous, 09 Sep 2021Good job on killing your brand, Ray-Ban.Why "RayBan is killing its own brand"? I'm still going to buy from them, if the quality will be good. Doesn't matter for me and million other customers if they build something for facebook/amazon/google or any other company

Olym1mk2, 09 Sep 2021Lie? Ehm. Mark denied it till it was fully proven. The only... moreMark lied about the selling your user info so you can have a free Facebook account? Really? Is that your shocking revelation of 2021? Really?

Not that Apple admits they're reading and going through everything on your phone and iCloud?

Not that Apple is selling everything else about you to Google for 15 billion dollars?

All this while spamming prime time TV commercials about how Apple does nothing of the above?

But, your issue is that you claim Mark has lied about Facebook being an ad driven business... Really?
