What the fans from the Chinese BBS digged out from the above handdrawing UI:
From meizu forum:
1: confirmed resolution for mx2: 1280*800;
2：The:return key at the bottom of the drawings proves that mx2 has no solid return key on the front panel. On each interface design, there is a return symbol and a "..." sign (which is likely to be the multifunction key) at the bottom, and this is solid prodf for the former conclusion
3: In the Camera interface there is the camera, the shutter, panoramic mode, Time-lapse mode and even continuous Capture Mode, so we guess the shutter speed is higher and the overall performance of the camera is enhanced.
4: A new app store icon (although I don't really care much about that little difference...)
5: Added voice input (the microphone next to the space key shows it)
6. A back button is added to the landscape mode for the browser which improves the browsing experience.
7, redesigned telephone/contact icon.
8, redesigned the calculator interface
9, music control is cancelled in the task management.
10, redesigned the clock UI with 3 clocks in a row, which my show the time in 3 time zones. They can not be stopwatch and timer on the same page, because the bottom column have corresponding icons for them.
11. Optimized share and delete experience in the picture gallery .
12. Optimize the widgets list.
13, optimized the music player with two new functions added.
14. the change in the last drawing is a little controversial. The change may either be on the headphone jack or on the volume button (the hole may actually be the headphone jack) and the noise reduction microphone seems to disappear(which is right next to the right of the headphone jack on the current mx) and the volume button looks tilted, can this prove that the mx2's thinness?

Yup, Oppo is also putting out some great phones. I think within a couple years the Chinese phone makers will have their products go international officially, which is great for the consumer. They're packing comparable hardware into their products for half the price of Samsung, Apple, Nokia, Motorola, etc., which would force the non-Chinese makers to either make their products worth the price tag or lower their prices dramatically to compete.
Seriously, if Meizu, Oppo, Xiaomi, and Huawi had even one retail/warranty hub in the US and EU, they would make a mint in a damn hurry. Accessibility is really the only issue keeping these guys from competing internationally in a major way.

It's making me strongly con... moreYeah, but unlike Meizu, Xiaomi is killing us with its marketing scheme, on 28 of June or in that period Meizu's phone was actually available, not like Xiaomi, who has no stocks and sold until now only 50000.
They promised that their phone will be available in the middle of October, and we are in 19th of Nov !!! That is even why I started to look after nexus4...

This phone looks... phenomenal. It's making me strongly consider returning my MX and waiting for its release. My MX has the best Android web browser I've had the pleasure to use and SPDIF audio is freakin'. The new Flyme is purportedly 4.1 based, which will be nice. I hope Meizu made the phone capable of powering USB devices though; the MX is OTG capable, but can't power devices on its own so it requires a hub.
Rock hard Meizu. I'm loving the Chinese flagships lately. MX quad, Xiaomi MI-2, soon MX2...

Yeah its because its an iphone with an android version on it. Using other name for them to sell it for cheap. Just me thinking.

But like the iph5, this thing looks good
I always wondered how the iph with android would look and now I'm positive it would be awesome.

it looks beautiful. Looks way better then the sg3 , lumina 920 and the ip5. That being said it, looks like the ipad mini, shrunken. Anyways, it looks real real good, and sleak. Too bad Meizu is a small company. Look to your left. It's not even listed there. lol
