I agree. my M30 s hangs too frequently and cannot be used. Samsung response is disappointing. Therefore, no confidence in any Samsung products. will look nfor alternatives. Abhijeet Salkar

M30 & M31 both motherboard gets damage within 1.3 years.
Iam a samsung die hard fan but due to service center behavior & blaming customers is give excuses for their inferior quality.
Never buy M series phones.

Samsung will either cut corners in software or they will price it above 30K.

Samsung would not survive indian market if continuing launching of these kind of poor hardware devices with high price. In this mentioned device, since it's Snapdragon powered it should be around 42-45k. Same soc Motorola nand others company offers in 30k. Samsung m series hardware motherboard is very cheap and more price. More users are reporting failure of motherboard without even completing their smartphones 1 year, service centers are not providing warranty and saying it's due to water damage 😂,

M51 was good phone but built up quality was not good. Back cover got scratched easily. Although M52 having lesser battery compared to M51 , due to improved processor it will stay last longer.

I don't understand it either. They find a real problem and solve it (to some extent), however, with their solution comes tiny problems. One just hopes the problem will be fixed in the next version of the same line of production so we wait but instead they decide to kill the line entirely and release garbage instead!
For many manufacturers, the goal has become 1 day of battery life, what a shame. (I guess people no longer travel these days!) The bad news is that batteries wear out pretty quickly and are not easily replaceable either so even that 1 day of battery life advertisement is no longer valid after two years of owning a device.
My first smartphone was LG Optimus Black which could work at least a day and a half only having 1500mah battery. Today, however, 5000 is not enough for a full-day experience. 20 years of technology advancements in one of the most profitable sectors of the digital market!

It's pointless to cut 7000mah to 5000mah @ Mseries.
M series is like best selling phone in competition with chinese phones.
