240 ppi? If Alcatel 1 has a 215ppi with the same resolution (480*960) it means this phone's screen size is below 5 inches. I don't know how to calculate pixel density but I guess it would be a 4,5 inch screen?

However if this thing is more than €70 it's DOA

Worst still, 2GB RAM? Does Android 11 support that less RAM nowadays? I thought Dalvik died with such garbage phones and ART was a refreshing move forward. Anyways, mad respect for HTC, dead or alive.

HTC Wildfire S was great mid range phone at that time. But now it doesn't matter because all great HTC employees are hired by Google. So this is fake HTC lol.

Great spec for a 2012 devices. Perhaps HTC misread the actual date. Who knows.

Impressive, I thought components like this screen would not even be produced anymore.

Who cares about affordable when that means the phone will be so low end that it will be lagging full Android and you cant do much of anything with it. 2GB ram and not even HD+ screen resolution. There are better options to buy 1-2 years old phones that are also affordable but will be more useful for the same money that will have better camera and hardware. Even new phones that are released in past 6 months and still to come out for the same price range. Well we dont know the price range of this garbage, but based on the brand it be probably still over 70 euro.

I just dont understand the point of these phones. Like it isn't much better then a featurephone. While it has weaker hardware then Android Go phone and then it is running full android on it with just 2GB ram

I miss HTC. A reissue of the One Max with 870, 5,500mAH battery, Sharp IGZO LCD 2K@120Hz, headphone jack with DAC, dedicated slot, and global bands would be to die for.

lol htc when you wake up and see your competitors? even cheap old 2018 xiaomi phone still worth to buy in 2021.
