Something on the lines of what the Alexa does (upressing from 2x12-bit channels to a 14-but output). Obviously the Alexa does it at a completely different level of quality.

                          What about partnership with Olympus?

AMD GPU is one thing, apps optimization for that GPU is quite another.

Optimization is more important than Raw Hardware Power.

Also, the S22 could do with an f1.5 aperture lens for the main camera. The extra light could help with low light as well as higher frame rates (useful for both high frame rate 4k and 1080p, as well as better HDR having less noisy frames to play with).

It's difficult to believe that the S22 and S22 Ultra will have different clock speeds. Also, the lower cores seem to be overclocked, according to ice universe's claim, and that could potentially be an energy drainer.

It's not simply 1.2μm GN1 vs 1.4μm GN2 vs 1.0μm GN5 sized pixels, or 1/1.31" vs 1/1.12" vs 1/1.57". The GN5 packs a lot more tech, including more advanced Front Deep Trench Isolation (FDTI) design, much faster readout especially at 12.5MP (90fps) and at 4k video (120fps). That combined with faster autofocus asn staggered HDR and 12-bit HDR, ensures that the smaller pixel size is adequately compensated for. The actual comparisons can obviously, only be made from actual review samples of the sensor on a working camera.
