Android-Authority, 16 Sep 2021You are stuck in the US?? No wonder!!!
We Europeans have ... moreSo many options? We are stuck with the exynos version of Samsung flagships. We are stuck with limited color choices! We are stuck with the low end high price "xcover" version of the "tough" phone. We are stuck with the 128gb version of the low end phones, even though a 256gb is made.
Yeah, Europe has soo many choices.!

Lol, stating iOS has anything to do with charging and saying users somehow don't have a choice. Because apparently not buying an iPhone isn't a choice, but not buying Samsung however is a choice. W00t mate?

Anonymous, 16 Sep 2021Just another common issue with the Xperia 1 III.
Some are... moreUnfortunately greedy sony didn't provide any cooling solution to the mark 3.
Check disassembly videos, there isn't any cooling solution at all, like you will find in asus - small vapor chamber etc. Literally nothing!
They knew snap 888 is overheating. They must have tested this device before releasing it, isn't it?
But no, they still didn't apply any cooling solution. And that's a big shame and huge problem of this device.
Not sure if qualcomm provide any updated drivers to assess this problem or not. Or if sony will try to fix it. So far they did nothing and still it overheats. Mine too!!!
On 3G/5G it is hotter than on wifi.
I wonder how they can market battery as capable and better for 3 years with such hot device. Temperature of course has huge negative impact on battery longevity.

Android-Authority, 16 Sep 2021Sorry Samsung... Giving 45W charging in year 2022 is simply... moreThis is why I miss competition in the US. What I would give to see HTC come back with a reissue of the One Max and M8 with modern specs and the same looks and materials. Oof. I'd return my Xperia 1 iii if they did that.

Sorry Samsung... Giving 45W charging in year 2022 is simply not acceptable.
This isn't iOS, where users have no choice but to accept the slow charging.
Besides, you already gave 45W charging few years back, only to lower it down to 25W.
And yeah that 45W charging was barely 10% faster than the 25W.
How tough is it to implement a dual cell solution and give users proper 50W charging?
I was loyal to the Galaxy series ever since I started using smartphones. Many of my family member have been Samsung Galaxy users.
I even bought your S21 Ultra Exynos, only to return it a few days later, after not being much impressed by it.
The original Galaxy phones used to be the best on Android, other manufacturers whether HTC, LG or Sony were always behind. That is sadly no longer the case.

Are you seriously trying to convince us that anonymous reddit guys are more reliable than professional reviewers who have a reputation to uphold?
