Renders of Oppo Watch 2 ECG edition leak

The original Oppo Watch had an ECG edition that went global last September. The Watch 2, however, was announced with no mention of ECG.

I hope this 'late arrival' means that they've upgraded other aspects of the watch too. The Qualcomm 5100 chipset is now out and maybe, taking a page out of the Apple watch, Oppo have eliminated the bezel and taken the screen 'to the edge'! Wasted screen real estate is a sin.
