MG7, 21 Sep 2021How do you know it's JN1 sensor ? Where is it mentioned ?Because JN1 is a budget sensor used in many budget devices like redmi 10. infinix hot 11s etc. Other 50MP sensors are expensive. Realme C25Y is a budget device whereas Realme 8i uses a superior 50MP sensor GN1 which is better

m12user, 20 Sep 2021yeah but redmi 10 slightly costlier in my region.It has 1080p 90 hz display. And it has better soc as well as ultrawide cam.

This 50MP is just a small sensor 1/2.76" with 0.64um pixel size, if it is Samsung ISOCELL JN1. Nothing special when compared to already existing 48MP ISOCELL GM2 1/2.25" sensor with 0.8um pixels.
Same in redmi 10/prime.

come on, realme thus just re-brand from realme c21y, with 50+2+2 from 13+2+2 . The spec is same nothing more, nothing less.
