Drop a brick and see how many pieces it turns into. Just like SGS3. There are differences between a brick and a little tank. But SGS3 is neither. It's just an Ice slate. Losing some everyday. And gets broken when you drop it.

the way i see it ....
a samsung phone + third party protection is about equal in thickness to a nokia hehehhee
so in the end you get a way way better spec phone with the same duarability.

If that was the case anybody could enter the market 'manufacture a lot' and become a billion dollar company. Thats not how businesses work. You can have your opinions about Samsung, so may be you dont buy Samsung. I remember 3 years ago every body was buying HTC phones they were the preferred android manufacturer and then Samsung launched Galaxy S. HTC dropped the ball then and are still struggling. Also 'Manufacturing a lot' will not help HTC either.

They are also using old parts and making new models. however like I said, old models. They are unused parts to make new phones.
But honestly.... Samsung quality phone is really not that good for a Company that big. Sorry samsung lovers. This is the truth, and this is why NOkia, Apple, HTC, and Sony is a step ahead of Samsung. They just makewhatever they want, advertise it "as the next big thing" and bam! Samsung is going to have some serious competition next year.

PA said Lumia 920 was built like a little tank. They tried dropping, stabbing, hammering, throwing even being ran over by a car. But look, it was still there like a new phone. And they dropped S3 once, and the screen was cracked to pieces. There are thousands of memes indicating how durable nokia phones are. But there are zero about samsung. I am not a nokia fanboy. I like Google and Sony. But what you are saying is a disgrace to mobile phones.

Have you ever seen a nokia broken by a single drop. I keep dropping my 2700c everyday. I throw it everywhere. What happens, only the back cover removes. But my android once fell from my hand and the next thing I know, it's screen is cracked. Nokia has made even Titanium and Golden phones. Samsung uses cheap plastic. Where Nokia uses unpainted polycarbonate, Htc uses polycarbonate and Aluminium, Iphone uses Aluminium, Sony uses aluminium, Motorola uses Kevlar. And all of those brands have better looking phones than Samsung S3. Any brand can defeat samsung in the build quality of their phone.

AMOLED is a LED not LCD...Thats why its called AMOLED not AMOLCD...And it's a joint project between LG, Sony and Toshiba
Also the best camera? The sensors from Galaxy S3 aren't even from Samsung...They are from Sony, same as the one found in iPhone and most smartphones out there...
