I like to see sammy to create something innovative not just taking the hype of quadcore. for you its innovative i respect it. what i wnat to see is the thing will be remember. they are only throwing something i dont think PERFECT.what is next 24 core up to 100 core? many fanboy here ^^

Well i have a S3... im happy with it.
Have realised they going over board with specs. Improve the software to be honest andriod needs a few tweeks minor ones like if your data is off and a mms comes through..it cant open unless your data is on.. they need to change that so if u turn it off it turns on just for that to download and then off again. Some ppl use these for strictly calls or like me ran out of data and or saving battery life.
Thats another thing the battery is good but latley its going faster.

Bottomline the new proccies coming out of the shelves are still useless since there are no mobile operating systems that fully take advantage of multicore or extra cores support. If Windows Phone OS does fully support and utilize new core architecture just like in windows 8 then it will be a win for them.
But as far as Apple and Andriod are concerned, they have long way to go to to maximize the new technology coming out. The complexity of schedule and CPU management is going to take overhead and will never be optimal unless they lower down the frequencies and be able to drop and shrink the cache to save power.

genn, 21 Nov 2012its just a marketing strategy adding core to make hype, and... moreoh sorry brother i guess i hurt u... well ask urself if u dont need extra cores on processors then y apple's latest flagship has a dual core cpu, better they would have stick to single core also y wp's chose dual core krait despite the fact that single core lumia 800 runs smoothly?? coz every upgraded os needs more cpu/gpu/ram/power to run heavy files smoothly coz it has many new programs along with previously set programs n to flash all these together they need higher cpu/gpu... also nokia lumia 710/800 cannot be upgraded to wp8 u know y coz they are single core phones... if they upgrade it to wp8 then much of its apps wont work perfectly, the phone will hang n everyone will bash that wp is stucking os... same happens when a low end android gets os upgrade makes phone laggy... in other terms to make phones future proof, they add more cores... tell me that an 5mpx hd cam can take very nice pictures but y still people usually nokia fans want more mpx, pureview tech as their 920 has it... that time they dont say they its of no use coz quality of photos r not much different same way the processors play role in smartphones... the phones which u like gets upgrade is okay to u while phones which u dont likr gets upgraded then u say its a waste, there is no use of it?? huh... think it

The S4 will most definitely feature the Exynos 5250. Thermal is way too much of an issue right now to use such a demanding SoC. If the 5450 would be to come to smartphone, only perhaps with the Note 3 due to bigger size thus better thermal capabilities. 1080p display, sure, but don't expect a 5450, expect a 5250.

I see you're still talking about a 13 Megapixels sensor, so what about the S5K2P1 16 Megapixels that samsung already made last year:

Or u might need it if u have bad networks where u live. I think that this ny exynos chipset will be compadible with more RAM than just 2gb cos that 2ghz quad-core CPU is so powerful and if the screen has FullHD res then the phone needs more RAM than 2gigs to run in full speed. I assume it's going to have atleast that 2,5gigs maybe 3gb. Specs are looking awesome this far but the build quality will be the main question for me. Hope it has aluminium casing but i assume it's not going to have one cos we are now talking about samsung....

Go use symbian which dnt use xtra cores nd hav ooonly nHD resolution. Its very funy some people dont like inovation of aplied science.

Why dont you fanboys get it once and for all:
Android gives you freedom ..choice...there's no way a free person would ver chouse iOS or Wp because these two OSes limit your choices....one gives you no customisation at all !, the other, wp, gives you no on the home screen....just a bunch of tiles..what is this ? lego ? are we supposed to fork out hundreds of buncks just to stare at a bunch of lego blocks ?
Sure...they're colorfull and sort of animated but it's only squares and rectangles...what about circles, triangles..what about me , the user drawing my own shape ? If the answer is no, then you wont get my money. Siple as that. and the sales figures show that. android is groing in a months like other in a year. because people want choices. get that in your thick skull.
