yea, many people with every profession not-related to film-making will not need that cinematic mode in their daily life.

Apple's Cinematic Mode is actually quite remarkable and it can be very useful to those who know what they are doing. The article doesn't explain the feature well, I'd look for the review of Cinematic Mode in Techradar, which is far more on point.

If I am making a school project then this will fit. But for REAL professional cinematography, it can never touch the quality of a true camera
