If I consider my country (Estonia), then iPhone cost has remained the same from 2007 until 2021. You ask how? iPhone in 2007 was 0.8-0.9x the average monthly salary. iPhone 13 Pro Max is still 0.8-0.9x the average monthly salary.

            Turn off animations = phone gets faster
            Turn off vibration/sounds of screen = phone saves power

              This is interesting, but as others pointed out, it's a little biased. This isn't representative of the proper prices because a lot of iPhones get sold internationally and they're not at these prices.

              The cheapest prices of iPhones seem to be in USA and Hong Kong. The most expensive prices seem to be Brazil and Turkey. So then, what is the most fairest/consistent price? Or which country has prices that is most representative of the international market? Germany!

              So let's take a trip down memory lane:

                                When I have new phone or factory reset, first things I do are to turn off : animations, sound of keyboard and touch vibrations.

                                      Device like OP9, person will be taxed by customhouse no more than $90.
                                      Comporations pay less import taxes than people.

                                      Samsung 21 Ultra that costs very similar to 13 Pro Max, never had this same initial price there.
                                      But about 50% cheaper than Apple is gonna charge.
