sorry for those android fans but we must admit that dies slowly, like what happen to symbian and bada. the good thing about android is the apps are compatible to other os'es like on jolla. i think Nokia must update the os of their old symbian device to Jolla. Nokia+jollaOS+windowsOS= the come back of the king

Almost i did say and i have WP launcher on my S3 i really dont understand what you like about this UI. WHat do you like about WP UI? Am going to keep it for 2 more week on my s3 but so far the ui of S3 is by far better.

Hey all, this is my first comment in GSMarena, which i follow everyday to see the news. BTW i love your site GSMarena x)
First, i need to say i love android. You can say im an androidfan (i'm part of androidpt.com staff which is the greatest portuguese comunity for this OS).
But i'm not like many people, who like one OS that identify with and hate the others. What i want to say is that iOS and WP8 are also great OS's. They have their pros and cons, but they all contribute for the freedom of choice for us consumers.
WP8 looks great indeed. Nokia has also done a very good job with Lumia 920. Its a bit sad that they didnt support devices like Lumia 900 and 800 to upgrade which i find catastrofic. But overall, 4,5* out of 5 for Lumia 920.
I also agree that iOS and WP8 don't need quadcores, but android do. Thats because android needs more power, and thats a fact. But i will stick with android, i love its costumization. I can have the look of both iOS and WP, i can have most functionality that either iOS and WP has, and basically i can do whatever i want with my phone.
Note that you all say android lags, it does, if you put android 4, on a single core 400Mhz phone. It's like having iOS 6 on iphone 3g or 3gs. And by what i read some Lumia devices reboot randomly with WP8 (not saying all of them do). Every OS has its cons. Android is much more complete that iOS and WP8 now. iOS doesnt add anything new for a while, and WP8 is just getting started (have to give WP8 an oportunity to evolve).
In terms of apps, google play delivers more free apps than iOS which everyone says is king in that matter. And if you want a paid app, on android you dont need to root it, just download it and install it. On iOS you have to jailbreak for what i understand.
I'm running CM9 (Android 4.0.4) Huawei Ascend G300 which has 1Ghz Cortex A5 CPU, 512MB RAM, and no, my phone doesnt lag, even though it has sh*** hardware. I don't hate other OS. But yes, i think Android, in the time being is king in all ways.

nokia lumia920 doesnt even stand by near the specs of droids such as optimus g. . droid DNA. . gs3. note2 even the meizu mx 2 looks way sexier only thing is that it does not carry NOKiA logo.
and nokia fanboys are not ready to accept the truth nokia is way lagging but nokia fans wud buy underdogged phones lol

Droid will be one day killed by these stupid droid fans. Nokia's advantage has always been the build quality, Multimedia, design. With new OS they will continue to grow.

My sg3 is very leggy,i can't watch movies back to back,task manger r ussless there some application running in backgrownd & bettery drain very early this is not real smartphone,i think i have to move iphone or lumia series.

Great job by nokia, i really appraciate for puremotione hd screen resolution,wireless charging & pureview camera in lumia 920, so that solid reason to buy this handset.

I know it´s good for gaming and surfing the web but nothing else. I have seen people use those huge phones and it just looks stupid when your holding it against your ear and the bigger it is the harder it is to get a good grip and the easier it is to drop. There are actually way more people who think that less than 4.5 inch is better for a phone. There also ain´t even apps out there(games etc) that can even drain the maxx power out of last years dual-core phones like Optimus 2X, Galaxy SII or Sensation.
