Feels like they just like to advertise, but don't have any desire for making & selling theirs new phones for other markets other than their own country (sic) !!!

Is this the P50 or something else again ? Because a P50 with google services would add a third option for me. Pickings are really poor for my application.

With around 20% for VAT in most European countries it would make it close to €450 even without a markup so it's more likely to be close to €500 (€450 at the very best). Like you said though, it probably won't sell well. I think that's why Xiaomi didn't release their new CIVI phone in Europe. It is priced very close to the Honor 50 but they would need to charge somewhere between €450-€500 for it in Europe which would make it not sell very well

They didn't say anything yet about Europe pricing.
If they price it at 399euro (slightly above their chinese launch price), then it will be a good option. Anything over that will kill sales.

Despiste the looks, this will be so much overpriced, only because they want, because Apple want and because someone need to pay the disaster that have happen to Huawei...so, there it is, Honor 50, a great phone, overpriced...because someone need to play Damares: you, costumer.

I am still so happy with my Honor View 20 after almost 3 years and I would be happy to replace it with another Honor phone but this one is not for me. I want a 3.5mm jack.
