The iPhone 5 has a different kind of user in mind, than the Note 2.
They cannot be compared. The whole iPhone 5 isn't as large as the Note 2's screen... think about it!

Keep them selling, the more they sell, the better chances of getting software updates from Samsung, and development from xda :D

samsung products are the best for android os.
i used sony arc s it was good but not the best
then uset htc one x ...it was a disaster
i used samsung since S2 all in all great products now i have note 2 and believe me its a wonderful device the possibillities are infinite of what u can do with it even with no root access.
also i use iphone 5 for my job u cant compare it with note 2 both covers diffrent kind of users.
i didnt try wp8 yet i didnt like the live tiles but the os capabilities are ok but to compare any wp8 device with note 2"i saw few in youtube" note 2 is better in almost everything except the camera which always not that good in samsung phones.

The note one was a horrible laggy device. Big cheap and ugly. The note 2 is no exception still big and ugly with minor improvement. The phone is just not practical it becomes very annoying when travelling. If you don't drive or a wear a purse like a woman its a useless device. Its more suited for an older person who's retired and stays home. Or for a young who does not have a life and stays home.

I want to request samsung to make cheap version of galaxy note like other model. Note 2is the best phone but we from developing countries difficult to buy it mostly young generation.

Bravo Samsung is the best. If I must squander my money on the latest must have gadgets that I don't need then Samsung fits the bill.

These numbers don't include U.S. Verizon sales since the phone will not release until 29 Nov. You can probably add another million (I hope).

I bought the note last year on pre-order from Amazon.com in october, it didnt start advertising here till January/February of this year(talk about hipster :P)
In short, I may have been one of the first 5 people with a device in my country that never even advertised yet. So, like I said, ads got nothin to do with it, at least in my case.
PS: Samsung's ads are kinda lame anyways.

Its because Sammy produces devices what people wants, like micro SD slot, removable battery (aside from the cheap plastic build). And ofcourse, there ads make it so tempting for Sammy fanboys to buy one.

Note and Galaxy S series and the most awesome line-up of smartphones samsung has to offer.
I like the note II(especially the multi task firmware on it) but I'm afraid I'll have to pass on this one.
Will hold on to my note for now but next year will be a pick between the Galaxy S IV or the Note III. Hope those two would have the ideal multi tasking feature like the Note II has or better.
Keep at it. Samsung 4 ever!
