Jon Garrett, 02 Oct 2021I think you watched a different video than everyone else be... moreIt's funny how people rage over which is better. How about they are both about the same and if you care about video transcoding especially, then iPhone is a better option?

Android-Authority, 01 Oct 2021Soon it will get outperformed by Snapdragon 898 phones. IP... moresnapdragon 898 goes from 5nm to 5nm+.

There would be at most a 20% upgrade, which means that the iPhone will still tie those phones.

Most people buy their phones during the holidays anyways.

And why shouldn't we compare the iPhone to the Galaxy being released in 4 months.

Isn't it better to compare an iPhone against phone that's 4 months newer vs one that's 8 months older?

who cares about this compaison, both Phones are blazing fast and nobody would complain about lags.

Its not acceptable a SD 888 is light older if it was SD 888+ the Iphone will be 30 sec behind.

Most mobile games are there to rob your money as a free to install label. If it were paid games who are going to install the games?

Anonymous, 01 Oct 2021Iphone new devices release every year end is like a pride m... moreStill the best selling smartphones every single year since the original Iphone came out. Hate it as much as you want but even the owner of other smartphones company use Iphone. That's speak a volume. Samsung is just like a bimbo.

jason, 01 Oct 2021As an iphone 13 pro max user, I really could not care about... moreThere are some console quality games like GRID Autosport but since most phones are lacking an active cooling system except the ZTE nubia Red Magic series, Lenovo Legion series, ROG Phone series and Black Shark series with extra attachable fan.
Plus a phone need to be charged compared to a PlayStation and Xbox or desktop gaming PC.
So in these games, they either cap the FPS to 30 with max graphics or 60 FPS with low graphics.
It's the case of Fortnite too, I know the OnePlus 9 series can do 90 FPS with low graphics, 60 FPS with epic graphics.
The phones have great peak performance nowadays, it's not just sustainable, they often overheat, or discharge faster with higher frame rates.
So in the end it's mostly the low graphics games that gets unlocked 120-165 FPS, that depends on the phone, IDK what's unlocked for the ROG Phones, nubia Red Magic, Black Shark etc.

As an iphone 13 pro max user, I really could not care about these silly nerd tests, real world usage will translate to ZERO noticable difference, do some gamesand apps open up faster on a phone with a dedicated OS with a faster chipset and optimised apps? of course, but is there more to life then silly speed tests and artifical benchmarks that have no real world benefits? absolutely, just about any flagship from any company nowadays is super snappy and responsive and you are not going to go wrong, i would like to see these companies and developers produce some genuine console level games, fixed price games, buy once, no ads in game purchases are fine for downloadable content etc, actually make some use of those fancy chipsets and speeds

Been using high-end samsung android phones and iPhones for years now and what I learned is that due to iPhones having the OS specifically tailored to only a few phone models, the applications are mostly optimized to produce the best performance, whereas android is more of a open OS for most manufactureres which results to a lack of optimization. I just hate how Samsung becoming greedy on pushing software updates and will only support their top tier devices for new OS updates for 2 years. Other problems that I encountered with android is having to reboot it from time to time if you open too much apps and it will start slowing down the phone, I did not experience this on the iPhones which maybe due to apps on IOS are more optimized which makes it more resource friendly. It all reslly comes down with your preference in the end. Android will always offer you a world pf possibilities on what you can do with your phone, but as a daily driver some people may prefer iPhones due to its basic nature.

SizN80, 01 Oct 2021Yet all your Android manufacturer executives disagree 🤣 eve... moreS21 U have been out close to a year while Iphone 13 pro max just released. Now wait when S22 U come out and then we see these test done what is faster. Comparing 2021 flagship with 2020 flagship. Iphone 13 Pro Max is faster then Iphone 12 Pro Max also.

And i am not specifically any brand fan. I prefer Android cause i have a choice with it what i want from a phone in what price range and what features. With iphone there is only high end or few years old model to get cheaper. And i dont see a point to waste over 250 euro on a phone cause in my mind it just makes no sense when i replace it in 2-3 years. For that type of money to spend on a phone it needs to last me 10-15 years. Like Desktop PC lasts 15 years when you buy the latest cpu and gpu and it cost around 2000 euro to build.

You can feel good and superior looking down on people like you do with your comments mocking android people while being a super fan who's offended about everything if someone have cuts to say bad things on your beloved Apple products

It's like comparing flagship desktop pc with a flagship laptop that run linux.
I just dont understand the point of testing these things. Get this Iphone to run android and then test how fast it is or get the S21 to run IOS and then test it. Otherwise it's pointless to compare 2 totally different things.
