      I just fear that Us will kill the whole company even if they do not have any proof of Honor(separeted from Huawei) to be malicious.

      We need more competition in foldable market but that possible Us ban and the fact that Honor has terrible updates for their phones is for me just too much.

      Maybe if the dark clouds have vanished so there will be no ban and honor promises 3 years of major android updates and 4 years of security updates i could consider buying 1000+ phone from them.

        Honor has better material and absolutely better fast charge! Lower price and in my opinion honor has better design too!

Foldables are going to be expensive regardless of which company is offering them so they will probably be more of a niche market until they drop in price significantly. For most Android manufacturers it's still the midrange and budget offerings that are the big sellers

            Please let it have a stylus and slot. Fold 3s lack of a slot for the S-Pen is a big let down.

                                  If honor 50 and magic 3 are anything to go by, I expect the global launch about q4... 2022

Honor were a big brand in some parts of Europe until the US restrictions so they have a reasonable chance of making a comeback. The more competition from the more players the better. The mate x2 is probably the best hardware on a foldable yet so if this is similar it could actually be very good. Should be a lot more foldables next year with Oppo and Vivo also entering the fold but for now there is a lack of competition for Samsung

I mean they have the same or similar phone models, heck they used to be *called* Huawei Honor. But naaah, you rather believe that they became a new company for real, nothing to do w Huawei's sanction, I am sure... Lol.

                                      Reminds me of people not knowing that OnePlus and Oppo being the same company and then disbelieving when it was indicated to them. Even their first model (OnePlusOne) had an extremely similar name (OPO vs OPPO). Same models, different names, but naaah we had to believe that they are different companies. So funny.
