That was what ui am saying.
With my notebook i have Razer Kraken earophones and a Naga Hex mouse which i use for a very long time.

If your talking about 500 for monitor keyboard and mouse then the desktop PC budget is like 2 times the laptop price cause total for all keyboard mouse and monitor can be only 200 where the monitor cost as maximum as 150
I have 95 euro 60hz ips lcd 23.5inch monitor for past 4 years. Also i bought mechanical keyboard for 110 euro something 5 years ago but now can get mechanical keyboard for like 50 euro or even less. I was moving from microsoft ergo to a straight keyboard so i wanted palm rest and there for it limited my choices. Mouse i change like every 3 years cause they start to double click. Also with laptop a lot of people prefer to have mouse too cause they dont like the touch panel for mouse. And especially when you play games on laptop you want a mouse for it and you actually need it.
