Just remove all there games from Apple devices and courage other game studios to do the same. That would hurt Apple a lot as more people will move to Android cause they want to play games and spend there money on them. think when there are no games left for Apple they need to start to make there own to have customers who buy there phones. A lot younger customers would move on to android. Cause they have same games on Apple they use Apple devices cause of the prestige the brand have to show people they are better then others.
But as of now Apple just host the games on there shop while dont do any work and get 30% from everything if someone pay in the app

And I don't understand, people want to buy apple devices, it's not like apple is forcefully stealing money from consumers. If the consumers thought that apple devices were a ripoff, then nobody would buy their products.
If the people purchasing the apps disagreed with apple's app store policies around payment, more app purchasers would be complaining.

I wanna see those customer who willing to pay 2 or 5 more euros via apple pay for same thing bought directly from app developer.
People are clumsy but not dumb.

When you're the world's first trillion dollar company, it stands to reason, you can appoint the very best legal representation. They have an unlimited legal fund. They can tie prosecutions up in red tape so even slowing down legal challenges to the point the claimants just give up or apple can get what they wa done in the meantime. I mean the FBI couldn't win a legal case that would allow them to circumvent Apple's security policies to obtain information quickly from iphones used by suspected terrorists. Even consumer class actions they have have not overturned have been settled with minimal payouts and without any real damage to the brand. They have used their first mover advantage in the smartphone and smart electronics marketplace to their benefit. They're basically untouchable. When states and bodies like the FBI can't defeat them, everyone else has no chance.

Apple clearly have a very good legal team. Challenging them seems pointless. They have been asked or told by the European union for years to adopt USB type C charging interface. Hasn't happened. In Italy a lawsuit was taken against them to challenge the one year warranty which seems illogical to offer on a device primarily sold on two year telco contracts. Have they ever really lost a meaningful lawsuit? They can do as they please really.

Epic should just mind their Fortnite game and fanbase. Can’t even manage that game well with dwindling number of players. Borderlands is also a fail. And let’s not forget how Epic charges devs for using their Unreal Engine platform
