Here's yet another reason... moreI asked a friend of mine who owns a custom PC rig with Ryzen 5 3600 CPU about this issue and he said that he doesn't see any kind of performance loss to date. Makes me wonder if this problem only happens with the current Ryzen 5000 series CPUs.

And with the existence of the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) feature, I miss Linux as my primary desktop OS even less.

Since I left Linux for Windows 10, I never even once think of going back to Linux as my primary desktop OS. Now I only use Linux via virtualization on my Windows laptop. I did have a try on WSL and while I do quite like it, I'll stay with VMware for the time being.

With WSL (windows subsystem for linux) and Android Subsystem in very near future, Windows is the way to go.

I think Ubuntu is the best linux distro. But then again to run basic softwares which are on windows, you need to download and install emulators like Wine. The installing process itself is very complicated. Even then, there are a lot of softwares which will not run at all. For games, I guess steam is there but then you'll also need proton or something like that to run the games. Basically, the setting up process is very complicated to most of the people. I use Zorin on an old machine for basic web browsing.

                    Mine is not able to update, I have everything way over minimum requirement but the processor Intel I5 I have isn't currently supported apparently.

                            AMD always have problems with drivers. Hope new Intel graphic cards wont have that problem and all governments will ban crypto just because of waste energy.
