And with the existence of the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) feature, I miss Linux as my primary desktop OS even less.

Since I left Linux for Windows 10, I never even once think of going back to Linux as my primary desktop OS. Now I only use Linux via virtualization on my Windows laptop. I did have a try on WSL and while I do quite like it, I'll stay with VMware for the time being.

With WSL (windows subsystem for linux) and Android Subsystem in very near future, Windows is the way to go.

I think Ubuntu is the best linux distro. But then again to run basic softwares which are on windows, you need to download and install emulators like Wine. The installing process itself is very complicated. Even then, there are a lot of softwares which will not run at all. For games, I guess steam is there but then you'll also need proton or something like that to run the games. Basically, the setting up process is very complicated to most of the people. I use Zorin on an old machine for basic web browsing.

Jojokaka, 13 Oct 2021yeah, linux fanboys are cancer, they always says how Linux ... moreI guess that's why Microsoft is rushing to embrace Linux and deploying better WSL across their mainstream Windows desktops --- Linux is only used for "basic stuff" and Microsoft just loves wasting time and money making useless stuff integrated into their OS... get a grip.

AMD always have problems with drivers. Hope new Intel graphic cards wont have that problem and all governments will ban crypto just because of waste energy.
