(Not to mention when the arm bumps into other people or stuff)

A god, 14 Oct 2021Yes, this should not look like a gadget on your wrist If ... moreThey actually don't. I wore 50mm watch, really big diver watch and it looked fine. These display feel entirely different than standard watches. 44mm Apple Watch 5 feels tiny compared to a 44mm dive watch made with stainless steel. Especially if bezels are narrow and watch face/dial extends across entire screen. Remmeber how silly big they felt with thick bezels back in the day?

Anonymous, 14 Oct 2021iPhone- flat edges. iPad- flat edges. Macbook- flat edg... moreNo it won't because it's anatomically uncomfortable. Unless it'll have round edges on the bottom and flat display on top with sharp edges on top only. I have Apple Watch 5 and if I bend my wrist outwards, top of the hand touches the watch case. If the edges were flat, bottom would be sharper and it would dig into hand more. I also wore classic watches a lot and I know crown or the shape was often an issue when it came to comfort. So, even if everything has flat edges, it's unlikely for watch to have that. I can only see it happen if it has flat sides but curved bottom where it's sitting on the wrist. Besides, Apple Watch is really the only rectangular watch, people recognize it as such instantly and that's enough for Apple, to be recognizable. It's why they insist on notch. If you see a phone with notch today, you instantly know it's an iPhone. No one thinks, "this person has a Pixel 3 or whatever". And that's a job done well as far as brand recognition goes.

When Ross Young is this early with information it's almost always wrong. Really makes me questing his consulting skills or if he just uses clickbait like this as advertising for his shitty consulting.

Size is ok, 41-45 are nice and more than that it's too big...
A new fresh design would be appreciated, more battery life etc

If you ask me they are already way to huge. They should rather concentrate on getting them less thick. Something like the area of the Huawei Band 6 is fine, 'just' substantially thinner,
