If the display is good (Dolby vision, HDR10+, 120hz, 1300 nits...) with the same S21 camera, I will buy. If not, another waste for me...

In the S22 Samsung i think has no margin to increase the prices since Apple didn't do it and they will face tremendous pressure from Xiaomi with the Mi 12, Oneplus 10 also...
I doubt they're gonna decrease the S21 FE's price to increase that gap to the lower premium S21 model. The S21 FE probably gonna cost around 600. So, 300 gap would mean the S21 normal modell would be 899...that would be overkill but let's see how they do it...

At the same time, the launch price of the FE was much lower than the S20 series... The S21 series was just much cheaper than the S20 series across the board. The baseline S21 model was also already downgraded to plastic and retained the S20 camera. There is not much to downgrade the in the S20 FE to make it a better value.

When Samsung first unveiled the S20 FE, it cost $300 cheaper than the cheapest S20. $300 price gap is a lot.

I'm guessing that Samsung wants to market this phone as an affordable premium flagship alternative to the upcoming Galaxy S22 series with Snapdragon 888 successor. By the time Samsung officially unveils the Galaxy S22 series, it's pretty certain that the production for Galaxy S21 series has already been stopped.

Wow Sam Sam can't decide with this one....will it ever come out?
I agree when people say just wait until Feb/March and buy the S22, superior phone and probably the price gap won't be too big but you'll get newer chip, better screen, better cameras, better tech all around...

Reading some of the comments here is hilarious. The S20FE sold so well because it gave flagship features at an affordable price, the S21FE will do the same, the people who will buy it don't care that the S22 will come out next month with it's cutting edge features.

Well, if they dont announce it this month (and start selling), it doesnt make sense.
I am waiting for this phone, but if its gonna release that late, i can wait a few months more and get S21 at discount.
At this point i will probably just get Nord2.
