One you enjoy in real life, every day, the other no one sees the difference with on your Facebook feed.

Regarding your failed trlll, let's compare that to their direct competitors, the Flip3. I have the Flip3 and the S21U. I NEVER use my Ultra since I got the Flip3 because the difference in comfort and convenience is like comparing different ball games. Flipping a phone to make it half height in your pocket wins by knockout in a game where that isn't even an option.

They're ugly. They're impractical and they make the phones more annoying to handle. So, good riddance humps. I prefer a well build smartphone over synthetically measurable improvements on specific camera benchmarks.

Point is this is supposed to be nxt lvl, but you miss the jack and cameras, wonder whats the point then, those 2 are basically the main features I use.

I wouldn't know. My Fold3's inside screen failed 2 weeks ago, and I am still awaiting for it to be prepared. Samsung would not even replace a 2 week old device

Samsung clearly directs this phone to people not being "power users" - just look at the advertisements, the offered colours, the offered special edition accesoires, the subreddit.
Also: Samsung never did hide the battery capacity in the first place, why do you assume customers didnt know about the screen on time?
I own this thing and YES it is not a great phone, but that has barely anything to do with battery or camera but mostly with the folding mechanism and it being Samsung (the UI is just horrible imho).

You can adjust the brightness in the cover display. Just swipe down from the top where it shows the time and date.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is my favorite device ever. I did not like it the first few days I had it. But by Week 3, I was in love. It's my go-to device to play emulators and stream Netflix thanks to Flex. Any time I'm in the mood for NBA Street Vol. 2 (GameCube), I grab my Flip 3 and I'm ready to go. It makes a great Surface Duo mini. Great companion device and multimedia player.
My Motorola Razr 5G has my sim and is better to watch downloaded movies since the cover display is bigger and has more storage. For music, Flip 3 wins because for some reason on my Razr 5G, my AirPods 2 cut off if I move the Razr a lot when holding it. Flip 3 has less flaws and has features like wireless charging which is why I prefer it.

Attaching Sony QX30 would be best improvement. Unlike matex2 they don't seem to aim for the best camera performance.
