I have demoed flagship KEFs speakers with marantz power amp over active cross over with flagship source, no bass exarrated boost needed within this setup, so why would you have artificial induced bass within earphones unless it was tinny sounding in the first place

lol, doesn't matter how many 'improvements' they make you still only get 20yr old low data mp3 variable bit rate sound, they can't handle lossless. lol, so funny people waste a ton of money on these, might aswell buy the cheap chinese tat.

Anonymous, 19 Oct 2021Issue with billion no name earbuds or earphones is that the... morewhat do you mean bass overdrive, sounds like marketing term from beats with their overexarrated and overwhelming bass, but nothing else, i presume that what you are looking for, unfortunately, it's not i require, i perfer faithful music reproduction as composer intended, nothing added or taken away, with a dedicated high resolution audio player and a well known reputable brand with my triple balanced armatures iems, I enjoy musical bliss which can not be replicated properly on wireless earphones (but sony WF-1000XM4 is closest)

Just check eBay or AliExpress for all the TWS or iTWS earbuds. Each "better" one ads more zeroes to the version and they use same photos and specs. And then figure out what you are even buying. With AirPods, they may not be whatever audiophiles jerk off to at the moment, but they have predictable quality which is always on a very high level. They cost a lot, but you know exactly what you'll get and you won't be disappointed. What good is getting even 5 cheap TWS earbuds and hate all of them. Or be lucky and maybe get a good one. I just want earbuds that work coz I want to use them. I've had many top of the line brand name wired earbuds in the past and they didn't get anywhere near AirPods 2 sound quality. Maybe not through its purity of sound, but the way how hard it's to overdrive AirPods 2 and how well defined and deep bass they have, I can use them for gaming and latency is always top notch out of the box. All the wired earbuds struggled with bass overdrive and they just couldn't reproduce it. Also, I hate in-ear silicone tipped earphones so that's that too. There are hardly any without around, especially from brand names.

Obviously people like them for reliability and convenience, but sound quality isn't that great, Chinese made USD 15 qkz vk4 iems with 3.5mm unbalanced would sound significantly better than this or airpods pro, but not everyone is into best Sound quality over convenience, you also need to add a DAC to maximise potential with iems such as ibasso dc02 which would cost USD 50

Weird (and should I say stupid) way to increase adoption/engagement of Siri, like seriously what were they thinking!🤦🏻♂️
But ofc ppl will opt for that "Voice" Plan.
And for $180, I know I'd buy the HD58X instead.
