Taiwan is not mainland China: Taiwan is a Democratic nation; and Qualcomm manufactures their chips at TSMC... A Taiwanese company. MediaTek is also cheaper than Qualcomm for an equivalent chip & as such makes more sense than the Qualcomm.

It's been too long using crappy Snapdragon, this is the first chip upgrade since they peaked at the note 8 pro. The note 9 and 10 pro were a joke compared to the note 8. Finally some decent chips.

There will also be a 11S, 11 Max, 11 Pro Max, 11 Max Pro, 11A, 11C, 11 Lite. Now the 11S in China will be the 11 Max in India. And 11 Max Pro in the world. But what's called the 11 Max Pro in India will be just like the 11 Lite in India but with a 50mp camera instead of the 64mp camera, which is what 11C gets in the rest of the world, but is actually the same as the 11 Max in China. What's called the 11A in China will also be called 11 Max in Europe because the European version will come with 65w charging instead of 33w. But the rest of the world will get a 11 Max that's 120w charging. In all this there will be 11 Note Power which is India only with a 7000mah battery. But there will be a 11 Note T which is for the rest of the world, and just like the Power, but with a 6000mah battery. A few months later, the world will get a 11 Note Prime, which will have an all new launch event and announcement, but will turn out to be the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max with HDR10, which will be followed by a Redmi Note 10 2022, which is actually a vanilla Note 11, but a commemoration of the Note 10 series selling 10 million units.
