Problems with these cheap chinese androidtv that boast HDR support usually aren't very bright at all. Also why still no USB 3.0 ? we can't hook up a 2TB+ USB HDD on it

This is really cheap price compared to other TV manufacturers. It is unfortunate that Xiaomi TVs are unavailable in my country(Sri Lanka).

Same specced TV genuinely same with Sony logo on it would cost at least 1500-2000.
Paying 4x more for luitterary same thing is stupid if you want to know my honest opinion but Sony cant sell cheap.
And like everything else no matter the brand everything is china made with same china made materials like, plastic, rubber, glass etc.
Glass is glass and it will breaks doesnt matter of its cheap glass or Chinese legendrary porcelain from Ming Dynasty.
Its likely same.
