    OLEDs consume much less power. That's a fact known by everyone. Especially on such a large panel where a massive backlight would be needed.

There are a lot of companies who does strengthened glass, not just corning, Asahi is another option as well as some european brands. Weak displays that tend to break is one of huawei/honor's weaknesses.

                Man, is it just me or everyone now copying the flat sides of the iphone 12 and 13? Which originally was the design of the iphone 4, which they refined on the 5s and first gen SE.

                      They probably are still using plain old tempered glass on their screens instead of gorilla Glass. That's sketchy , especially when they used to threaten any reviewer that dared mention it with a complete blacklisting .

                        Why would you make the selling point of your phone the massive display, then nerf it by making it an LCD.

                        (I got a deja vu feeling as I typed this, I think I've said it before about another phone lol)

                          I would like premium /high end phone like huawi mate 20x was....big phone non curved or only very slightly like galaxy s 21 ...but importantly 18-19:9 ratio no 20:9 bcouse it's too long and useless for most apps and videos or photos

Mate 20X is hard to beat but maybe BlackShark will go back to their bigger screen, give us a half decent camera set up (even something similar to Asus will do) and don't leave out NFC this time.... It's a big maybe but I can dream.
