And I only assumed the reason to debloat was either for smoothness or aesthetics.
Which was the only reason I use to debloat.
This section of the site is for opinions and questions, I asked a simple question, not based on anything other than wondering about your reason behind debloating your phone.
And the only reason I've not used a xiaomi yet is because they don't sell them where I live.
Only physical location is a neighbouring city which I only visit a few times a year.

It's a flagship man... Even budget devices are smooth with today's specs, but you had to question its smoothness most probably because it's from Xiaomi (A Chinese brand).
I am tired of people stereotyping Chinese brands on this site, when they haven't even used one in recent times or their only experience has been budget devices from years back.
You have no clue how many people hate Chinese brands on this site with full passion.
One of the reasons for this is that their favorite brands are slowly dying because of Chinese companies consistently putting out better products at cheaper prices.

1. Apple doesn't sell half cooked features or phones that will die in 6 months to a year of regular use, when issues with foldable screens are ironed out Apple will release one. I don't see success of android tablets beyond point of sales at fancy restaurants
while ipads are actually used for laptop replacement, mobile gaming and for creative tasks as well. From content writing to basic music production machine.
2. That notch is for Face ID, I can ask the same why android phones are still using fingerprint scanners? All they could innovate for years since touch ID came out is change the location from home key to the back to the power key and now underscreen? When will Android phones launch an alternative biometric? People who use gloves, who have dirty hands like mechanics and working class, those whose hands sweat excessively like me are left out from a convenient biometric authentication method that is secure as well. Apple was pioneer of the idea that bezels can be shrunk this small
Tell me why most android phones have a chin? :p
3. When android lags are ironed out then u can ask me about why iphone is still selling with a stable and consistent 60hz. You can't sell me a feature that doesn't even work properly yet.
My current secondary phone is a 120hz xiaomi,
anywhere 120hz could improve my perception about its benefits (rendering animations or scrolling) the phone is stuttering at 40fps.
4. Again, yes iphone has smaller batteries because it is more efficient and optimized. Usually to compete with iphones at same level of performance, Android phones are packing double the amount of battery.
My xiaomi phone has a 5000mah battery, iphone 12 pro max has a 3700 mah battery. I travel a 300km one day trip often and I pair one phone or other to my car for music and navigation. On iphone the remaining battery after a whole day of usage is above 70 percent. On Xiaomi the remaining battery is 10 percent under same usage pattern. So tell me what's wrong?
The battery tests you see on youtube don't take into account the following factors:
Varying network strength (affect android battery backup very negatively), battery drain with navigation, calls, standby, sync.
by watt per hour consumption iphones are leading.
Most people who complain about iphone's battery life are actually those who afford a $150-400 phone e.g. a new android midrange in $300-$400 category or a used iphone with a shot battery in same price range.
Those midrange phones with a frugal chipset and a very large battery cell provide stellar battery life that even android flagships don't come close to.

You can order it from Giztop and other sites, you'll get everything from no custom tax to two year warranty.
I ordered mine a few months back (12gb/256gb) for €990, saved around €250 as global variant was available for around €1250.
Now it is available for as low as €750 for (8gb/128gb) variant.
Software wise the China ROM is great as it is 4-6 months ahead of global ROM.

Also, your conclusions are apparently based on a Redmi device which is a budget phone, and you are comparing it to an iPhone which is a flagship. Really the height of ignorance there

1. Security and Privacy: Apple's not into business of selling ads so it doesn't need to collect data while any play certified device is a data collection beacon for Google. Apple phones can be hacked? Yes, but the tools are sold by limited companies and only to Law Enforcement. While any "geek" can google a few hacks to attack any rom or android device, because of so many roms and hardware models, there's always a vulnerability or two that's too easy to crack on Android phones.
2. Performance: iPhones are at the moment 3 generations ahead of Android phones by Architecture. (Arm V8.5A vs 8.2A) that's why we don't see overheating issues like SD888 on Apple's chips plus Apple's chip has more transistors so atm Apple has made best ARM chips for last 4 years period.
You can keep your AnTuTu benchmarks with UFS 3.1 while iphone has NVMe storage faster video encoding, stable frame rates (and games for iOS have more graphic effects than Android for same settings) and fluid UI because UI Animation and scrolling threads depend on single core performance so do most mobile games. In single core even Apple A14 is 1.3x faster than SD888+.
Android phones can't even switch between camera lens without lag while Apple's A14 can handle all 3 cameras actively at same time. Just check how view finder is a fusion of wide+ultrawide camera.
3. Cameras: Yes Android phones have better zoom performance, so what? Just go through trash folder in ur android phone's gallery. Android users are almost always capturing a second shot because there's something always off about Android photos. Sometimes it's because of shutter lag, other times it's phone's focus instabilities, bad exposure or white balance or just phone didn't have enough resources for proper post processing even though every MIUI device's build prop has a certain amount of ram that's cleared when camera app is launched yet it performs like crap. 🤣
Last, xiaomi phones of 2020 & later have worst network performance, storage performance and gps accuracy.
U can check benchmarks, Xiaomi's UFS 2.1 performs like eMMC 5.1 and UFS 2.2 performs like UFS 2.1 and so on.
Iphones aren't perfect but arent perfect In anything.
1. If u rlly think apple doesn't use the cookies terms and conditions then you rlly must be a blindfolded ifan. I agree spygle does spy on you but the average user who uses Facebook doesn't know Facebook spies more than apple, Google, most oems etc combined. And no soem chinese hacker dudes managed to break in to the iphone 13 in just 1 or 2 sec or somethin like that. And while andriod phones are not that hard to hack their not thta easy either.
2. Apple only wins in geekbench and gets destroyed by other socs in antutu which is more of an real represantion since it is a compound benchmark. And in ios u can see how its only on par with other android phones in real speed tests since ios is so handicapped. Even the tensor soc (only sd 870 level) can beat the iphone in some circumstansis.
3. Yea you can keep your iphone with NVMe storage with no benchmark score to actually tell which is faster smh. While andriod has ufs 3.1 which is faster than NVMe in all of the operations u mentioned. And it even gets beaten by tensor soc in soem operation like I mentioned earlier, and I should have mentioned it earlier but the A15 throttles like crazy to point where andriod phone scan match and it throttle sos only cuz it will overheat due to greedy apple not putting a heating system inside it.
4. Cameras are arguably worst in iphone compared to flagship andriods and most of the issues ur saying is only in budget phones and there is a huge price gape between the iphone and budget phones. The colors are so warm aswell as it having some oversharpning effects here and there.
Last, stop spreading lies whne you haven't even used a xiaomi phone. I myself have never used on ebut atleast I can trust the GSMarena reviews instead dof people like you.
The difference between emmc 5.1 and ufs 2.1 is big but can u tell me where u got that source from that it performs like that?

Second, miui can be debloated aswell. And if it can't then u cna install costum rom. And if not then try out the newer versions (the older versions sucked).

Dont launch. I wud request you to also please stop launching mid rangers and low rangers phones too. That too that frequently. No body is bothered if you are here or not. We have Apple and Samsung. And now somewhat Oppo and Vivo( but again I dont know why they would launch a new phone every 3 months🤔)

I also noticed the same thing happening in Germany where i live but also in other countries when i tried to get the mi 11 Ultra.
The thing is that i always wait a couple of months to pass after the release of a new phone before i think about buying it cause want to know how it really went on a long term. It seems such thing is not possible nowadays.
