In that case, there would never be any discount for any product, if they were to be unable to shift them at regular pricing, which they of course are able to. Also, please keep this civilized. Those so called deals are not worth.
Manufacturing price of fold phone maybe 600 and fuinal selling price after discount still over 1000.

I didn't say that. Brands give ultimate discount for ultimate sale numbers. So, that with little profit times that many sales results in great profit. But now they can't prepare enough device. If they sell most the device with discount now then they will not be able to sell devices with full prices later. That's where the loss lies.

Recently, LG has patented a new form of layers that is meant to be used for for the foldable screen gadgets and it resists scratches as well. IDK when they will implement it though

I'll wait until the Flip goes down to 500-600$ range. That, and when it finally uses a screen that doesnt breaks if you look at it meaningly.

Not really any deals worth talking about...
S21 series was at, or below, these prices already in February 2021, that is 8-9 months ago.
These are prices for unlocked phones, without any bullshit "activation".
S21 $650 (as low as $600 for few days at BestBuy)
S21+ $800

None of these are good deals. I got my Flip 3 for $900 since I was ready to return it and they gave me a $100 if I kept it which I did. I also got a free case, wireless charging pad, and fast charger from the $150 credit if I pre-ordered.
A good deal would be if the Fold 3 and Flip 3 were both half off and no bill credits from trade-ins. Just straight up half off for a day. The Pixel 6 at $600 as is right now is a better deal and that's not discounted.
