L series are very good phones, in my country they are selling like hotcakes. good job lg. now keep the support for them.

I find lg s design to be rather good. And in terms of hardware lg is really good. The main drawback is their update policy. I gave lg a couple of shots and it failed to deliver, but i see an improvement in the software update department. Still samsung is the best in terms of sw updates. Plus the note2 is just an awsome phone! Anyways i can see an improvement in updtes from all manufactures. Samsung raised the bar very high and all others are playing catch up at this moment.

LG is crap.You have to wait for.years for an update and you only gona det one update nothing more.There update policy sucks

I was close to get an Optimus L7 a couple months ago but I just found so many drawbacks considering it wasn't cheap at all.
First of all, the outdated GPU and CPU. Those are definitely not a good combo with ICS and a 4.3 inches WVGA screen.
Second: The subpar camera with only VGA video recording.
Third: There are almost no accesories for it. I live in Mexico and I see lots of L3 and some L5s but not enough L7s. That must be a reason for low accesories supply.
Fourth: No good record on LG updates. I was almost sure I'd be stuck with ICS; it's just very unlikely LG would issue an update for the L7 considering it has low spec HW. I'm not sure how would JB run with just 1GHz single core and 512MB of RAM.
Fifth: At least here isn't the best alternative for the price. Off-contract you can get a Galaxy S Advance for just some extra bucks and curiously, while opting to get a contract, the Galaxy S Advance is even cheaper then the L7. I ended with a RAZR MAXX and I just paid a few extra bucks more than the L7 while getting my contract.
But I must confess, LG has a great design department, these L series phones definitely look better than the spec sheets may suggest.

Here in Mexico L series devices are heavily advertised and widely sold (I can say almost as Galaxy and Lumia Devices), I see too many people with L3 and L5's in the streets o_o Also they're cheap as fries, or at least cheaper than Lumia's or Galaxy's

Where did they manage to sell it ? Mars ? have not seen this thing with any one :)
