If they does the same thing with Xiaomi (not just brand marketing), I'm all in and ready to jumpship brand. 😝

Is Leica going to do the same thing as what they did with Huawei before? IIRC, Leica made the camera lens.

Those phones with removable plastic back use very thin back cover.
Samsung had lower quality plastic compared to other.
It is broken near the frame.

Apparently a new Leica branded flagship phone packing IMX707 is expected to be announced soon. Maybe this could be the one (Although at 1/1.28 inch, it would be a downgrade from GN2 in terms of sheer sensor size)?

Which is bright, saturated, HDR, photos from ultrawide - main - 3x zoom in any conditions, be it daytime, backlight, or lowlight or even super dark conditions

Best ultrawide camera
Excellent portraits
Best lowlight (it's not even a contest)
I don't zoom past 3x that much so periscopes are an extra. I put more emphasis on Phones that has high quality ultrawide, main and short telephoto.
Iphone lacks an excellent ultrawide, Mi 11 Ultra lacks an short telephoto, Oneplus lacks an Good tele, Oppo lacks good tele too. While Huawei P50 Pro have no GMS which is a must for me
S21 Ultra is close , but quality wise, the ultrawide and main cam suffers more in lowlight than Vivo.

Po... moreCloseups bokeh is more than what i need. But far away portraits or outdoor portraits are bad on Mi 11 Ultra.

2. No HDR

Potrait mode (software based bokeh) is for phones with smaller sensors which can't give you that natural depth. Mi 11 Ultra doesn't need Potrait mode, the default mode will give you the best depth of field naturally. I doubt you even own the MI 11 Ultra.

Mi 11 Ultra has the 3rd best camera on a phone according to me. And it lacks in 3 places :
1. Selfies
2. Portrait mode
3. Zoom between 2 - 4.9X
My best camera currently is Vivo X70 Pro Plus

Speakers are really bad on these phones anyways as they are small and dont have camber and middle class also have stereo speakers.
Talking about software updates you can install new android on middle range Xiaomi phones as most of them support that so you get more updates then with any flagship as the market for flagship is smaller so they dont exactly make custom androids on them that much.
If you think glass is better material then sure. I would say plastic is more durable material and isn't for the bling purpose only.
I dont think anyone can make much difference in 120hz AMOLED screen what type it is and budget to middle class already have 120hz AMOLED screens. So having a fancy name for a screen is just that so cant really say better or worse. Just more expensive gives you the placebo effect of quality as same with the better materials.
To be honest for me it's really dumb to see someone say better materials on a phone. Like do you buy the phone for the materials ? Most people use case or wallet case for there phones anyways so who cares is it plastic or metal. Even tough i have aluminum body on my phone and it was budget phone when i got it
