If you actually analyze the storage speed, it's not solely for file transfer. It only use around 10% to 15% of the overall speed. Most of them are fully utilized for the OS and machine learning. They both have to work 24-7-365 unlike file transfer. So really, it's still no different than SD card speed.

Most people don't buy every single new phone, in fact they only buy new phone after 3-4 years. So why would they care if A32 and A33 are similar? Or that A52 and A33 have same back design? For most people, this phone is a noticeable improvement in design and performance compared to their old phone, so they will be satisfied.

I swear people just complain about anything bruh.

Many people don't have enough money to spend for wireless earphones, that also has to be charged everyday...they just use a 2 dollars wired earphones. So Samsung just lost half of its faithful customers. Bad move...but Xiaomi is happy.

Like it or hate it but soon micro SD card slot and 3.5mm headphone jack will go. It has both pros and cons. Pros: No more wires. Cool tws earbuds. Your phone will work faster. Storage is faster than micro SD card. Cons: Wired headphones are louder and cheaper. Your data won't be lost. It will stay on micro SD card even if you reset your phone.

Oh wow, i never expected they would remove it from their entry and mid range phones
The only reason they kept the jack for this long was because Samsung's entry and mid range phones are pretty mediocre, but the jack got tue attention of a lot of peoppe
But now if they remove the jack, what exactly do these phones have to offer and who would buy them?

Now, it seems consumers are ok with monthly or weekly releases of the same lame thing.

Kangal, 16 Nov 2021Looks like the 2022 Samsung A3 devices will all remove the ... moreIt's very unlikely to see Sony remove the headphone jack again considering that they put it back on their flagship models since last year. Same story with ASUS as what they've done with this year's ROG Phone.

TheGoldenMellifluous, 16 Nov 2021Well, at least if Samsung highly wanted to eliminate the he... moreI'm not so sure of that. I see way more people heavily relying on the headphone jack than the microSD card. After all, we now see loads of midrange and even entry-level phones with 128GB and 256GB internal storage. Even within my own friends and families, only a tiny few of them care much about the microSD card. They do, however, seriously care about the headphone jack. Not one of them ever buys or use wireless earbuds. Even my partner is now shying away from his wireless headphone and now using a converter or splitter to use both the headphone jack and the USB-C port at the same time.

Outdated look & basically nothing new. I wonder why people even bother to "leak" anything about it.

TheGoldenMellifluous, 16 Nov 2021Well, at least if Samsung highly wanted to eliminate the he... moreMicro SD is a stone cold requirement for me. If they remove it, then they would need to increase the storage sizes to 256gb and 512gb for the same price as the 128gb and 256gb models respectively. If not, then I'll just buy an older cheaper model with more features.

Then again, you can still add much more storage with a Micro SD and even make it unencrypted so you can recover your files if your phone breaks.

Well, at least if Samsung highly wanted to eliminate the headphone jack, at least they need to keep the MicroSD around, especially since the majority of mid-rangers users still rely on that. It may vary from one user to another though.

All midrangers lose headphone jack. If you can't live without it buy A52 or A72.

Looks like the 2022 Samsung A3 devices will all remove the 3.5mm Headphone Jack.
They might downgrade some other things too. This brings the end for the jack closer, with Samsung following the likes of Apple, Google, Huawei, BBK, Xiaomi, etc etc. The only ones (barely) holding out are Sony, ASUS, and Moto/Lenovo.

I think now is your last chance, and grab the 2021 Samsung Galaxy A52s-5G while you can.
It's basically a flagship phone with the Jack included. Only slight feature downgrades. It is definitely better than your typical "flagship killer"-esque device. See here:
