Received my NC700's yesterday. Purchased the Pixel 6 day after pre orderes started and then put claim for headphones in 14 days later. SInce then, Pixel 6 has been sent back as it was faulty. Had a refund on phone.

Bose is remarkable company and probably the best audio company in the world.

Here in the us of a i pre ordered my pixel 6 pro, and I'lll eventually get my $99 free pixel buds sometime in January. No one getting these should be complaining at all.

Seems you can't use a forwarding address (if you also did).
So basically my money's no good because of the address I use. Also, the quality of the phone(physically) is sub-par. 650€, ok, but would've been a great deal to get it with a pair of free quality headphones.

Stupid Google, dont want to give me headphones, because I used "forward address", which is not true. And their team said they investigated and checked and confirmed it is one.
Ofc that is not true, that is my regular address.
As bottom line, how come one can pre-order to forward address, and cannot get headphones.
BS of marketing campaign to rip you off and buy stupid phone.

I waited 2 weeks and then put in the claim for the headphones. I got a message saying that they had run out of the Bose 700 and that they would send out the Comfort 45s instead and a £50 voucher for the Google shop. Just waiting on them arriving now. It was very straight forward. The only downside I can see is that there isn't much you can buy for £50 on the Google shop

I think lots of people got them, judging by the amount up for sale on eBay.
