Apple employees to return to offices starting February 1 under the hybrid work pilot

As a part of this model, Apple workers will be allowed to work from home for four weeks a year.

Miss a couple of calls and you're screwed. Cameras on you all the time. Pretty much like big brother.

                  I'm not really seeing why this is even that important. Apple has gone from strength to strength with their releases in 2020 and 2021. Happy people do better work.

                    When you invest millions in a mega headquarters and now are stuck with maintenance costs and taxes over empty grounds. No matter how good my office may be, I'll take one hour extra sleep and two hours less of traffic jams and overcrowded transportation any day.

                        This is the real situation where the top most organisation of the world, with best pay, best work place I facilities and in the most likeable geography could not naturally make their employees come to their office!? This clearly says that people hate their work place instead they just want someone to bankroll their life while they only love their home, family and personal surroundings! No amount of trillions can substitute this reality! Days are not far away where people stop working full time and go for on demand work culture! HR will have good business!

                          That comes to 1,67 home office days per MONTH and is a very bad deal for employees. Even my shitty company I work for offers 2 days per WEEK...
