of course they will, they get the best prices and discounts, no other country gets anything close to it, and if you live in africa, you're screwed anyways, even south merica get to have official stores there.

Glad to see HP is on top (I own an Envy), but I like Lenovo, Asus, etc too, anyone that provides a good overall package
