The one they release here in India is the Indian version.
Basically, there are 4 different firmwares for the MI 11 Ultra.
Indian (IN), European (EU), Global and China.
The global version is almost 4-5 months behind China ROM. The China firmware gets everything first... from new features to bug fixes, everything is first.
The MI 11 Ultra was delayed indefinitely in June in my country as per Xiaomi official social media accounts. So I got one after taking alternative measures. It was based on China ROM.
Even If I were to buy a global or Indian version, I'd still prefer to flash China ROM on a Xiaomi device.
