Moto G100 for sure one of my best reccomendations.
Xiaomi Mi 11 lite 5G also outstanding phone for less than 400 bucks.
Nord 2 by Oneplus great phone to pick.
Redmi 10 note pro or redmi 10 note also outstanding phone worth considering.
Redmi 10 maybe best pick under 200.
Other brands not interesting because they are either too expensive or not worth and for same money other brands sells much better devices and much more specced.

-If you put aside plastic back, not the brightest LCD screen (which is superfine for me because whites are more accurate), stabilistation that needs to be upgraded
+SD860, 256GB ROM, 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 Storage unit, Adreno 640, 24bit/192kHz powerful audio jack, stereo speakers, 120hz refresh rate, 5160mAh battery able to charge via 33W.
All for less than 300$

Bought a 6/128Gb version of Poco X3 Pro in August for about 230 Euros. Very much satisfied. No issues with proximity sensor, even VoLTE works perfectly with my carrier. You won't get anything better for this much money. As for the ghost touch issues, it looks like the last update (12.5.5 or 12.5.3) finally solved the issue .

Why no G100/Edge S on the list? It's very affordable. Yes, costs a bit more than F3 Pro, but you get:
1. Stock andorid
2. 3.5mm headphone jack input
3. Micro SD card
4. Ultrawide camera with autofocus, works as a proper macro shooter (with ring flash too).
5. USB 3.1 out allowing external monitor use. Other than Xperia 10iii, no other phone offer that in this price as far as I know.
Extras:
-No amoled burn in.
-No glass back hence no cracks
So surprised this phone doesn't get the recognition it deserves!

Idk if it's the best, but the Poco X3 Pro with SD 860 really caught my attention. Definitely destroys all of Samsung's mid rangers and this is coming from someone who doesn't even like Chinese phones
