Screen on time of 6hr on average can't be considered bad battery life. It can be categorized as being above-average/good.
If you want more, just switch to fhd+

    48 MP main camera as Mi 10 Ultra
    48 MP Ultrawide as Mi 11 Ultra
    12 MP 3x telephoto with OIS

    This would be an excellent setup for its price. If it launches same price as Mi 11 ($600) it will even destroy Oneplus 10 series

      I don't mind FHD+ dispLay. Since Mi 11 have bad battery life because of snapdragon 888 and QHD+ display. Maybe Mi 12 will have an better battery life thanks to maybe an more efficient chip and lower res display

Remember xiaomi the first one who's use 108mp sensor. Don't surprise if xiaomi will be the first to use 200mp (rumour new isocell) too.

            I go for 1 more year with my Mi 11 ultra, it do the job i want it to do.

              The sensor should be interesting. Rumour in China is that it's a custom sensor around 1/1.3 imch. Hopefully, it's a new Sony one

                Don't forget, Xiaomi doesn't cut costs on their camera hardware or displays like Sony flagships.

                    1) you do not use jpeg to compare. This because it loses most of the info by compressing. DNG file from 12MP cam can be up to 26MB while jpeg is usually around 4.

                    2) you do not compare same sensor if software is different , which is seen between different brands.

                    3) even if you can use same software, you need to use same settings for both. You do not compare High ISO x Low ISO, Night mode x no night mode, HDR x no HDR, shutter 4s x shutter 1/16s (like xiaomi did to pretend 11 Ultra can beat RX100).

                    4) any little difference like Focal length and f value (both influence the diameter of aperture) can have impact and mask results.

                    P50 series only uses omnivision because huawei could not source from sony because of the ban.

                    Nobody has answered. Why would xiaomi go back to samsung isocell if omnivision had better product when isocell costs more?

                    10 Ultra was China only device. This move was just to keep price. Because above $850, people in China choose Huawei over all other.


                    You want to do proper test? Get an unit of S21 with snapdragon 888, remove the imx555 and insert the isocell used by the exynos 2100 variant.
                    Shoot raw and then compare to the results taken (in a studio) to the photos from exmor imx555.
                    This way you can know which sensor is better.

                                The omnivision from the 10 ultra was the best

                                Too bad most flagship omnivision lenses aren't used

                                  Announcement of the device is December 16th.

                                    I thought it had 12 cameras and felt okay with it.
                                    You won't have great camera at least you will have 12 😅
