I don't think Mac OS is at 1% of the capacity of Windows, but I do think that this M1 CPU is one of the bests.
If you know how to use Windows correctly, you will know why it is the most popular OS out there. Microsoft is really a monster in the OS world.
The best combination would be Windows + M1.

good job qualcommThey didn't say they were developing an SoC that would compete with M1 but M-series in general. What this means is that they're trying to shoot a moving target.
In 2023 they'll have SoCs that are going to be as good as how good they think apple M-series will be in 2023, not M1, Pro, or Max.
They did say they could design an SoC that can beat M1 about a year ago, and people were assuming that they're going to have it by this year, but I think that's just what they would say when the market was looking at them with that 'where have you been' look. Qualcomm probably like to buy the engineers some time just to get it cooked perfectly, so there won't likely be direct competitors to the existing M-series but 2023/future M-series.

That multi-core score does seem to be slightly higher than Windows 11 ARM running on M1 processor via Parallels but the single-core score is about 500 points worse. Qualcomm still making shameful processors.
