The factual point I made is what you're repeating. That the similarly mediocre sensors (almost guaranteed to be made in the same factories as Huawei's) are considered to be "very accurate", "when it works". So, okay, if you try enough times? I mean, the brainwash nonsense that it matches a body sensor is exactly the BS conclusions you get from chronic RDF.

Huawei is not good enough for getting accurate data, generally worse than even Amazfit (I tried one last year and it sucked as soon as HR goes above 140).

Apple Watch is very, very accurate. That's based on my own tests with a chest strap and on all the reviews that use more complex methodology. The only reason I use a Garmin Fenix is because of the short battery life of the Apple Watch.

But Huawei is nowhere in that league.

You sound the average tech reviewer on the internet:
"When it works, heart rate sensor can be very accurate".

(Yes, that is 100% a quote from a Fruity Toy watch review, on the plus side of the pros/cons section. On a frigging "reputable" Android site)

[deleted post]LOL. Huawei's sensors and algorithms suck compared to real sports watches like Garmin, and the Apple Watch is actually the best smartwatch for real fitness measurements, as close to a chest strap as it gets.

Sadly, no Chinese watch I know of gets close to the accuracy of Apple or Garmin. At least the other Chinese brands are cheaper, but Huawei's stuff is not. It might be fine for sedentary nerds to measure how many steps they take to the vending machine, but not if you want accurate data for real intensive exercise.
