Honor is just a rebrand of Huawei so they can sell in countries that have banned them.
When they were in their prime, they couldn't even manage to offer updates to all of their devices, which just made the idea of owning any of their future phones just trash.
They were reaching a tipping point whether they were banned or not so the banning didn't really affect them too much. It just brought their shady dealings to light.

Time will show but these mobiles (Honor 50 and Honor 60) do not seem to be VFM also the Magic UI while very similar to EMUI is missing many of its beautiful things. Also does not make much sense to introduce the next flagship a couple of months after your last and with almost identical specs (according to rumors). Anyhow, hope Honor will be improved going forward since (for Android users) there is a gap in the market without Huawei.

At least hope this one to have stereo speakers, better screen protection and better camera compared with Honor 50 as well as Android 12 (which i guess the final version of Honor 60 will come with) to consist of an improved Magic UI.... Otherwise no sense to buy a Honor 50 replica named Honor 60.

Europe --> oneplus 8 pro is very well rounded, runner up s20 fe 5g well rounded and oneplus 9 for ultra wide.
China --> oneplus 9 pro
Enthusiast --> mi 11 pro for main and zoom camera / oneplus 9 pro for ultra wide from cect shop or vivo x60t pro plus from tradingshenzhen

If you considered heat and throttling along with the price, Snapdragon 778G seems to be the best chipset you can have these days. Kudos to any oem that doesn't use the heat factory snapdragon 888.
