Anonymous, 29 Nov 2021Yes, American. Best you stick with your limited choice of phones.Do you realize why he pointed out that he would choose Samsung?
Hard to support a brand that has no service available in your country and is inevitably going to need something.
Samsung is more global is all he said.

-yeah just like their perfect keyboards on the MBP/MBA post 2015, just like the bend-gate, just like the flex-gate, just like the $999 stand and $20 cleaning cloth, just like the $2000 Afterburner card that became useless after M1 Pro/Max, just like the insane night0time reflections on their phones . . . . . ..

An American can try to import this and Oppo won't help them if something breaks. You're stuck with an expensive fix or trying to call a company from so far away running around in circles looking for help.

I'll stick to Samsung. More global.

Anonymous, 29 Nov 2021or a screen with a hardness of level 2-3Yes that too - such things just doesn't fit into Apple vision.

AnonF-1013367, 29 Nov 2021Wrong, apple can't make a foldable even if they wanted... moreBruh Apple can make a foldable iOS release in a few hours lol! There's nothing inherently so difficult to develop in a foldable OS, it's just simulation of two phone displays most of the time.

Taara Kennedy, 29 Nov 2021Apple is waiting for the tech to mature a bit more. They ar... moreThe only area that Apple is at the bleeding edge nowadays is processors. Everywhere else, they're playing catch-up. It's funny seeing their sheep justify that as "waiting for the tech to mature". Seems like a good meme though. Why doesn't Apple have this or that feature? They're waiting for the tech to mature, lol.

Taara Kennedy, 29 Nov 2021Apple is waiting for the tech to mature a bit more. They ar... moreCould be, but perhaps they're trying to avoid using Samsung tech and struggling to come up with a design that's going to avoid paying vast sums to lawyers.

There are rare times when being on the bleeding edge can actually pay dividends. This might have been one of them for Samsung.
