I know someone who got a Galaxy Note & found out he doesn't need all the features. Different from person to person.
These are mere tools for our lives now. If a mid-ranged performing $1500 smartphone is what you need to go through daily, then good for you. You're ok with the scratchy black painted aluminum. Don't mind the mono audio recording. Limited storage is not a problem. You don't do wireless transfers. Totally love iTunes to manage your stuff. 4" is screen is fantastic. Feel presentable when others see your unit. Hardly need to charge with minimum to medium phone use. Buy it.
And the topic is, Apple used patented ideas without paying royalties.

Merely the fact that where one person sees what he wants out of a car (performance, maybe prestige, etc), another can easily criticise (poor fuel consumption, overpriced etc). The point is, the car is exactly the same, but represents different things to different people.
Even a Samsung fan has to choose between an SGS3, or a Galaxy Note, or a lower priced phone. Someone who has simpler needs may simply get a Galaxy Ace, and think that getting an SGS3 a waste of money. Would he be justified in calling the SGS3 user stup!d?
The answer is, you have no right to judge others, and this equally goes to Apple fanboys, who should not judge Android users. The key point here also is that fanboys are simply losers and I'm glad not to join this category. Enjoy!

Infringe or not give the best products to costummer that is the best main points for any company either apple or Samsung or other comp any .For apple it is the tit for tat .

I love iPhone 5! My Office provided it for me. I'm also using Xperia T for my personal use. I love both iOS and Android.

I will point out flawed arguments against iOS or Android. Currently my preference is for iPhone, is that a bad thing? I used to like Palm for example, and now they're gone, I don't regret it. Trolling is for losers in my book.
