And i doubt it's already stable, MIUI skin is so heavy that their budget phones are suffering but of course xiaomi doesn't care just like the rest of the brand. Tsk!

Android versions merely provide a base on which to build Miui on top. I agree that having a new Android base would be nice but I'm not going to insist on running a new Android version, just as I don't insist on running the latest iOS version on an iPhone. I run Debian on my linux box because I value stability above all else. New versions of software are usually the most buggy and unstable.

ive had phones using miui 11,12 and currently 12.5/12.5 enhanced, honestly havent had any issues with it, maybe because of my usage i dont experience the issues other people have but for me im looking forward to when my device gets miui 13

MIUIs era is over. I remember the day when MIUI was far better than Touchwiz/Samsung Experience. Now One UI has far better and mature interface than today MIUI.
I still hold my xiaomi as secondary phone, and use samsung as daily primary phone.
