Unless you're a buy now sell one year later guy, buying the pro models will only end up in regret. Bought 12 pro/ pro max? You missed out on the smaller notch, high refresh rate, massive battery upgrade and better gpu of the 13 pro series. Now if you bought the 13 pro/pro max? missed out on the notchless display. android phones don't have this problem anymore as they have reached the pinnacle of upgrades already. Poor apple is just catching up lol.

Well, I guess it's better late than never that they're introducing punch-holes next year. It's a good thing, and maybe we'll see the return of the battery percentage on the status bar this time. Also interesting that they'll be keeping the notch for the standard 14s, although it'll probably be at least somewhat smaller again.
(Also, if I remember correctly, the first Samsung phone with a punch-hole was the A8s in December 2018, later followed up by the S10 series in March 2019.)
